Azores: Ribeira Grande and Gorreana tea

On foot through the historic centre of Ribeira Grande, then about 12 km by car along the north coast to the Gorreana tea factory. There, an optional loop through the tea plantations, 3.3 km. You don't need to book a visit to the Gorreana factory in advance. The plantation loop (waymarked trail PRC28SMI) is easy, starts at the factory car park and takes about an hour and a half.
