Berlin: Teufelsberg and the Grunewald
🚶 6 km · 📍 5 stops · ⏱ ~180 min
The Grunewald and Teufelsberg (~6 km through forest, 3 h, +100 m of climbing). Start at S-Bahn Grunewald, finish there or at Heerstraße. The listening station site is in private hands: there is an admission charge and the opening hours change, so check before you go — the hill and the view, though, are freely accessible without it. The optional detour to the Grunewald Tower adds an hour and a half. It is easy to get lost in the forest; a map helps.
