Cyprus: Nicosia, the last divided city

Nicosia is the last divided capital in Europe, and you walk round a wall nobody talks about. From the star-shaped Venetian walls along a shopping street that ends at a checkpoint, to a mosque that used to be a Gothic church, and to the Archbishop's Palace. On the way, the crossing where since 2003 you can walk to the other side of the city - which for twenty-nine years before that was impossible.
